Yerevan, 24th June: The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia
[CEC] decided today at a special meeting to hold by-elections
in constituencies Nos 56 and 63 on 11th July in order to carry
out the decision of the Armenian Constitutional Court issued on
22nd June, the secretary of the CEC, Armenui Zograbyan, told
Snark news agency. At the meeting [independent village elder]
Vram Gulzadyan's mandate as MP was endorsed after he had been
elected from constituency No 53 (Lori District).
