Azeri electoral body annuls voting results in
capital's district due to fraud
Text of report by Azerbaijani TV station ANS on 6th November
[Presenter in the studio] The Central Electoral Commission
has today considered the results of the elections in the second
precinct of Khatai district [of Baku] 10th electoral commission
due to irregularities during the voting. The victory of the
chairman of the Democratic Enlightment Party, Babakhan Muradov,
has been declared invalid.
