The (?Umayra), sociological-survey and forecasting agency has conducted an opinion poll about the forthcoming parliamentary elections.

The first question was: "In your view, which party deserves most to be represented in parliament?"

The first figure in the breakdown represents the results as of 3rd September, the second as of 10th September, and the third shows the difference.

New Azerbaijan Party - 47 per cent, 46.9 per cent, -0.1

Party for National Independence of Azerbaijan - 19 per cent, 18.3 per cent, -0.7

Musavat Party - 7 per cent, 6.2 per cent, -0.8

Democratic World Party of Azerbaijan - 6 per cent, 6 per cent, 0

Azerbaijani Liberal Democratic Party - 3 per cent, 3.5 per cent, +0.5 per cent

Azerbaijani Social Democratic Party - 3 per cent, 3.4 per cent, +0.4

Republican Party - 3 per cent, 3.2 per cent, +0.2

National Congress Party - 3 per cent, 3 per cent, 0

Democratic Party of Azerbaijan - 3 per cent, 3 per cent, 0

People's Front of Azerbaijan Party 4 per cent, 2.1 per cent, -1.9

The second question was: "Which party has the best chance of winning the most seats?"

New Azerbaijan Party - 50 per cent, 51 per cent, +1

Party for National Independence of Azerbaijan - 30 per cent, 26 per cent, -4

People's Front of Azerbaijan Party - 15 per cent, 18 per cent, +3

Musavat Party - 2 per cent, 2 per cent, 0

National Congress Party - 3 per cent, 2 per cent, -1

Civic Solidarity Party - 0 per cent, 1 per cent, +1
