Text of report by Azerbaijani newspaper '525 gazet' on 15th December
entitled "588 Musavat members win"

According to information received from Arif Hajiyev, chairman of the central
campaign headquarters of the Musavat Party, 588 of the 2,556 Musavat
members running in the municipal elections have succeeded. Arif Hajiyev
says that this indicator refers to 14 districts as yet. Arif Hajiyev, who
said he has no information about how many Musavat members won the elections
in Baku, added that Musavat is engaged in intensive activities to obtain
relevant documents on election results from all constituencies.
