Bishkek, 14th September: In order to raise the level of openness and transparency of the elections, the Kyrgyz Central Electoral Commission has set up an Internet web site for detailed information [about the presidential elections scheduled for 29th October]. District and town electoral commissions have set up, in total, 2,090 polling stations in the country, at which, according to preliminary data, 2,489,887 electors will vote.
