On March 9th, before 3 days of the second round of elections by the Interior Ministry was arrested Aliev E.T., head of election campaign of the party’s headquarter.
The aim of this action is evident – at the final stage of the electoral fight to isolate a person who was administering effectively the operation of the headquarter on election campaign. To isolate by any means and methods.
We have to state that they reached their aim. The found a 5 year old story which is at least has to be considered a subject under civil legislation. Former partner on business of Aliev E. – Shivaza suddenly, at this time, "recalls" that Aliev owes him some money. The law-enforcement bodies anxiously revealed operative quick reaction and detained Aliev for three days. Then they successfully obtained the sanction of the prosecutor for further arresting.
We are not going into details. That is up to court to find out. of inter-relationships of former partners on business in case of presence of a subject for alike investigation.
It is just obvious, that the arrests of Aliev E. - is a political action of powers aimed at stoppage of the election campaigning of F.Kulov. In this regard are the same as bribing and intimidating of electorates of Kara-Buura constituency, authorization of hundreds officers of the Interior, National Security Ministries and prosecution offices of Talas province sent there and sending of humanitarian aids that cost millions of soms. All these are in one chain.
Political Council of "Ar-Namys" declares its firm protest against of baseless arrest of E.Aliev and will be fighting with all the political instruments in order to release him.
