Persecution of the oppositions - candidates running for deputy.

The D. Usenov - leader of the party "El" is being treated in the hospital #4
of main administration. From the Usenov's words the doctors are being forced
to discharge him from the hospital fast and odds are that he will be
discharged on 2nd or 3rd of February, at the latest 4th of February. This
deadline has been latently set by White House. It's easy to discharge him
from this hospital, because this hospital serves government officials. On
25th of February Usenov got to this hospital during the trial on him when he
felt himself bad and they had to call emergency. Judge Sutalinova had to
interrupt the trial. Trial will be continued right after Usenov's discharge
from the hospital on 4th of February or 7th of February. The task is by all
means try Usenov. This is the reason why he is not allowed to recover fully
and conduct election campaign.

In order to discredit by all means the leader of the party "Kairat El" in
Djalal-Abad oblast D. Sadyrbaev, criminal case has been trumped up against
his brother Kubanichbek Sadyrbaev. Kubanichbek Sadyrbaev was the head of
village administration in Nooken and working under supervision of akim
Shabolotov. At the akim's direction he gave destroyed hospital building to
the firm "Ak-Bata" and has filled all documents in due course. All required
documents are present. Now this case is used by the authorities as
compromised material against the candidate for the deputy. Now they filed a
suit against K. Sadyrbaev and has actively began investigation. From
Sadyrbaev's point of view order for such kind of lawfulness was given by
oblast governor Jumaliev. Jumaliev was an Akaev's aspirant and under his
protection has made giddy career from aspirant to premier-minister of Kyrgyz
Republic and had mucked activity of the government. A. Akaev had admitted
his own mistake and transferred him to the post of governor of Jalal-Abad
oblast. He is one of the corrupt officials.

The newspapers "Asaba" and "Delo# (case# in eng)" reported that candidate
for the deputy of EM on district #17, member of the party "Ar-Namys" D.
Subanaliev during his meeting with electors in Ananevo, Kojoyar has
criticized present government including A. Akaev stating the deficit of the
budget, unpaid pensions for 4-5 months. For his remark of his viewpoint he
has received note of warning from the attorney of Issyk-Kul region K.
Moldoeva. Also the attorney has threatened him that they would use more
stringent measures up to criminal liability.

The J. Jeksheev send a letter to the Central Election Committee informing
about chasing undertaking by special service of Kyrgyz Republic after the
members of the party DDK, who participated in the conference of the party.
They interrogated them in their houses and accused their action as against
present power. As its known that DDK is participating in the block of party
"Ar-Namys" the leader of which is Felix Kulov. J. Jeksheev is the candidate
for the deputy from Issyk-Kul oblast. The member of the Political board of
V. Chernomorets was threatened by murder if he will participate in the
election as the candidate for deputy from the party DDK.
