Turkmenistan: Berdymukhammedov to Travel to Dushanbe for Trade Talks

President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov is scheduled to travel to Tajikistan for a two-day visit on March 18.

The Turkmen president will meet with Tajik President Imomali Rahmon to discuss "priority projects of economic cooperation," the news website CA-News.org reported on March 15.

Bilateral trade between the two states fell by more than 8 percent over the course of 2008-2009 to $63.9 million, the report added.
