Aman-Plus Serves a Beacon of Hope
February 19, 2009 - 11:00am, by David Trilling
Aman-Plus is a support center based in Bishkek where those with substance abuse problems can obtain clean needles, a bed and help readjust to a mainstream existence. Many of the clients in the center are former prisoners who do not have documents for living in Bishkek, or anywhere. Aman-Plus helps them get back on their feet.
