Buried Hill Energy Offers New Projects for Development of Oil Fields in Caspian
President Berdymukhamedov received Roger Haynes, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Omani-Canadian company Buried Hill Energy, and the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Kallosa, according to the press service of the President of Turkmenistan. The Buried Hill Energy representatives presented a package of proposals to develop promising oil fields in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea and to train personnel for the oil industry of Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan to Complete Railway to Iranian Border shortly
Turkmenistan will soon complete the construction of the railway leading to the Turkmen – Iranian border, Turkmenistan’s Ambassador in Kazakhstan, Makhtumkuli Akmuradov, informed the Trend.az news agency. “A significant section of the route – more than 700 km – goes through the territory of Turkmenistan, and by now most of the railway is completed. Turkmenistan will finish the construction without any outside help very soon,” Akmuradov said.
