U.S. SOLDIER KILLED IN EASTERN AFGHANISTAN
A U.S. serviceman was killed in an attack near Mehtarlam on 6 February, AP reported. According to a U.S. military statement, the incident was unrelated to the outcry over the publication of caricatures of the Prophet Mohammad that has rocked Mehtarlam.
