Economic crisis in Baganuur coal mine
The coal mine at Baganuur due a financial crisis, has been unable to pay the interest on their loan from the World Development Bank. The crisis stems from their clients only paying 24.5 percent of the total outstanding 15.3 billion tugrugs. The mine not even being able to update its antiquated equipment can not operate the mine. Manager Enkhjargal said "Paying the salary has become difficult so we are giving vacations to our workers"
The "Let`s live in a clean environment" project continues
On April 22"the ministry of the Environment cleaned specific areas of the city in celebration of "World`s Day".The areas were Zaisan, Gachuurt, Bayanzurkh`s bridge and Dund Gol. 1000 people from the Ministry of the Environment, Mongolian Democratic Socialist Party, Mongolian Social Democratic Youth Union helped clean. The mayor of the city M.Enkhbold is organizing this activity started from and will continue until May 15.

Today at the Government House the group of the Mongolian Revolutionary Party at the Parliament had a meeting on "Heath Law".
COSMETICS 2000
"Look" Commercial Agency is organizing a "Cosmetics 2000" at which they will demonstrate as well as sell products of the 9 world famous companies such as "Mary Kay", "Nagrand" and etc. The exhibition started today at the Art Gallery and will continue for 3 days.
RURAL NEWS
Ministry of Agriculture and Industry is receiving weekly news about the winter disaster from all affected the regions. 2.1 million cattle has died. At present 40 percent of the cattle produced calves and 90 percent of the calves survived.
ENTERTAINMENT
On April 28, one of the most wanted music bands "Bolor" or "Crystal" is going to have it`s 1st unplugged concert at Top Ten disco club at 8PM.It`s the only Mongolian band with an American drummer.
ELECTION NEWS
At 3pm a treaty was signed between the Mongolian National Democratic Party and the Mongolian Religious Party to run together in the upcoming election
WHO SAID WHAT?
If the Revolutionary Party does not win in this election Mongolia will be ruined. Anyone who wants to commit suicide can vote for the other parties. We must remember who recovered a country with a rationing system, shops only selling salt and 200 million dollar debt before it was handed over to M.Enkhsaihan.
